Annual number of lessons |
|
|
| We arrange 46 lessons annually for all students. This means our lessons are not constantly held once a week. However, the lesson fee does not change by the number of lessons in a month. |
|
|
|
Being Late and Absence |
|
|
If you will be absent from the lesson, please let us know the day before at the latest.
We cannot refund for students' absences if due to private business.
lease note if you are more than 30 minutes late for the lesson, we regard you as being absent from the lesson automatically.
If you are absent from the lessons continuously for more than one month without contact, we regard as you having quit school. At that time you must pay any outstanding fees.
For the lesson you are absent, we will give you the material that is used in the lesson you missed to catch up with the other students. If you would like to, we can arrange a "catch up" lesson (private lesson which needs to be reserved, charged @ 3,000 yen/60 minutes). |

Activities and Events |
|
|
| Here at Oasis Japanese School we have many events planned each year, for example a Karaoke night, Cherry Blossom viewing party, Summer BBQ and others. Your suggestions are more than welcome!! We also hold a very special Christmas party at the end of the year with many Japanese students from our English school. Eat, drink, and speak Japanese!! |

Introduction of your friends |
|
|
| If you introduce our school to your friends and they join, not only is the registration fee for your friends halved but you are entitled to a bonus of \2,000/per student which can be counted for your lesson fee. |

|
年間レッスン（授業）数 |
|
|
| オアシスでは、生徒全員のレッスン（授業）の数が1年間４６回になるようにしています。ですから、レッスン（授業）が毎週1回ない時もあります。しかし、レッスン（授業）料は毎月同じです。 |
|
|
|
遅刻・欠席 |
|
|
授業を欠席するときは、早く教えて下さい。遅くても前日までとします。
生徒がレッスン（授業）を欠席する時には、どんな理由があってもレッスン（授業）料を返すことは出来ません。
もし30分以上授業に遅れたら、その授業は欠席になります。
連絡なしに続けて1か月以上授業を欠席した時は、退会になります。その時には支払っていないレッスン（授業）料を支払ってもらいます。
授業を欠席した時、休んだ授業で使われた教材を後で渡すことができます。
また、Mekeup（振替）レッスン（授業）をすることもできます。
（予約が必要なプライベートレッスン＜個人授業＞は、60分のレッスン（授業）で、1回3,000円です。） |

行事（パーティー） |
|
|
オアシス日本語学校では、カラオケパーティー、お花見、夏のバーベキューなどの行じ事（パーティー）があります。
みなさんもぜひ来て下さい。また、年末には、クリスマスパーティーを日本人の英会話教室の生徒と一緒にします。
食事とお酒、そして日本語を話して楽しめます。 |

友人紹介 |

| もしあなたが友達にこの学校を紹介して、その友達が入学したら、あなたの友達の入学金は半分の5,000円で、2,000円をあなたのレッスン（授業）料から引きます。 |
